Maasai Mara

The Maasai Mara National Reserve is Africa’s premier wildlife safari destination, globally renowned for its expansive, sun-drenched savannahs and the spectacular Great Migration. Spanning 1,510 square kilometers in southwestern Kenya, this iconic landscape whose name means "spotted" in the local Maa language due to the acacia trees dotting the plains teems with an astonishing density of wildlife, including the famous "Big Five" (lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and rhinos).
